Refund Policy

Because most items are handmade in small batches, SparrowsCrafts offers refunds in limited cases.

Refunds are available if:

• Your order arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong item by mistake.
• Your order never arrives (after a reasonable investigation with the courier).

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Please include clear photos of the item and the packaging (if damaged).
• We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds are generally not offered for:

• Change of mind after the item has been shipped or delivered.
• Normal wear and tear or misuse of the item.
• Custom or personalized orders, unless damaged or defective.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are prepared and packed by hand. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item.

Processing time:

• Typical processing time: 3–7 business days.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces may need extra time.

Shipping methods & rates:

• We use standard tracked shipping for most orders.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight (in USD).
• Express shipping may be available for an additional fee (where supported).

Delivery areas:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number (when available). SparrowsCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy & Process

Because our items are handmade, we try to keep returns simple and fair.

Returns are accepted if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The return is approved by us via email before you send it back.

Not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective).
• Earrings or similar items that go through pierced skin (for hygiene reasons), unless defective.
• Items that show signs of use, damage, or strong odors (e.g. smoke, perfume).

How to return an item:

• Contact us at info@sparrowscrafts.com with your order number and photos if needed.
• We will confirm the return address and any next steps.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know if your refund or store credit has been approved.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. You may request a cancellation before your order is prepared and shipped.

Order cancellations:

• Cancellations are allowed within 12–24 hours of placing your order.
• After your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, only handled as a return (if eligible).

Custom or made-to-order items:

• Custom orders may be cancelled only before work has started.
• If work has already begun, only a partial refund may be available, or no refund in some cases.

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.

If in the future SparrowsCrafts offers any subscription or reservation-based services (for example, monthly craft boxes or workshop bookings), cancellation conditions will be clearly described on the product page.
